All deliveries are subject to production lead-time, stock availability and authorization of your payment.
Shipping charges will be added to your order. Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination and weight of your order.
Estimated transit time after dispatch:
UK Next Day Delivery - £5.00 (via Royal Mail)
Europe – European Union – £10.00
Express Shipping: 2 business days
Standard Royal Mail / Parcel Force delivery: 3 - 5 days
Purchases outside the European Union may include extra charges due to differences in currency, customs clearance expenses, import duties, product restrictions, and other local regulations for which ARTESAN cannot be held liable.
We will ship to USA & Canada using DHL OR UPS.
USA and Canada: 3-4 business days, according to the final destination
All our shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the Buyer. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer insured.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
If you want to return your item(s), please contact us by clicking here and specify your order number and the items you want to return. We advise you to always keep the shipping receipt, until you received our confirmation about receiving your parcel. Keep in mind that you are held responsible for the parcel until the items have returned to us.
Purchases can be returned and exchanged within 15 days after the receipt of goods. Items must be returned unused and with all its original packaging and tags on the clothes. Please be aware that Pre-Order and Sales items are not refunded, you can either exchange them for a different item or we give you a voucher (without expiry date).
IMPORTANT: Keep in mind to contact us BEFORE sending back any items. We will send you the address you can use to return your parcel. Just go to our contact form fill in the blanks.
Return address (it is VERY important that you add your name and order number to the parcel).
· DO I NEED TO PAY FOR MY RETURN?
Yes, you will have to pay your own return shipping costs. The exact amount of these costs will depend on the company you choose to do the shipping with, and the fare chosen.
· HOW AND WHERE DO I RETURN BROKEN/DAMAGED ITEMS?
In case any of your items arrives damaged, please contact us directly through our web form and give me a description of the issue. We’ll get back to you to request a picture, to get a better understanding of the situation and then explain how to proceed depending on each case.
· HOW WILL I BE INFORMED THAT MY RETURN HAS BEEN PROCESSED?
Once we received your items, we will get in touch with you directly through the email address that you used for placing the order. We will then confirm the return and either provide the corresponding voucher or confirm the exchange, depending on each case.
